The President/CEO of ASC is Lori L. Beckman, A.A.E. formally the Director of Security for Denver International Airport. Ms. Beckman has been in the airport operations and security industry for many years and is an accredited airport executive with the American Association of Airport Executives. She retains a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management with a Business Minor, as well as a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Science. Ms. Beckman is well-known throughout the industry and Federal government.

Lori has been involved in projects with FAA-Security pre 9/11 and in recent years the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Previous project examples are spear-heading changes in the Criminal History Record background check program that all airport employees are subjected too, advocating meaningful changes to Federal security regulations and working with the TSA, the airport and airline industry through working groups to help TSA define security needs in many areas such as perimeter protection and employee screening. She has authored various White Papers that helped identify to the industry and TSA, issues with the Transportation Worker Identification Card and Employee Screening as initially proposed, as well as the concept of a Public-Private Security Company Partnership with the TSA.

Lori developed security programs for the new Denver International Airport in 1993 and was the lead in control and oversight of security-related contracts for the new airport which included access control, CCTV, security contractor selection along with procedures and post orders, airport security office development and staffing, as well as all related and necessary procedures, including tenant access procedures and access determinations. This was all completed while continuing the operation of Stapleton International Airport.

Prior to leaving Denver International Airport Lori was named in the Security Magazine Top 500 Security Executive list in 2006, she was ranked number 100 of the 500 hundred executives named. Executives were named from all industries.
